Account use, game access, subscriptions and service responsibilities.

Using NookLark
Use the platform lawfully and keep control of your Google account. Do not interfere with other users, exploit payment or permission checks, manipulate rankings or redistribute game resources without authorization. Purchases require the legal capacity and authorization applicable in your country.
Free games and paid access
The game library marks which games are currently free and which require membership. A paid pass grants access for its stated period; it does not transfer ownership of the games. The membership page and PayPal checkout show the price, currency and renewal terms before payment. Access is associated with the Google account that initiated the purchase.
Billing and cancellation
Fixed-day passes are one-time payments and extend from the later of the current time or your existing pass expiry. The monthly subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled; it is distinct from the fixed 30-day pass. Cancel from the membership page or PayPal automatic payments settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund an earlier payment. Already granted access remains until its expiry. Existing subscriptions are not automatically repriced by a change to the new-sale price.
Availability and compatibility
Games require a compatible browser and, for some games, WebGL or WebAssembly. Controls and device support vary by game. Try the free games before purchasing and read each game’s guide. Maintenance, network failures and browser limitations can interrupt play; contact support if paid access is not delivered. Game availability may change, and we will address material paid-service problems under applicable law.
Content and rights
Game software, artwork and libraries remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Credits identify relevant engines, fonts and asset sources. A subscription does not authorize copying or resale. Contact game@nooklark.com with a specific URL and supporting information for a copyright concern or factual correction.
Consumer rights and contact
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, remedies for nonconforming digital services or withdrawal rights where they apply. We do not treat merely visiting or playing as a blanket waiver of those rights. For payment, account or service issues, contact game@nooklark.com with the relevant order information; never send passwords or complete card details.
