Payment and account requests
For a purchase problem include the purchasing Google account and order or transaction reference, but never send passwords or full card details. Refunds are reviewed through support. To stop renewal, use the membership page or PayPal’s automatic payments settings.
Content and rights
For a factual correction or rights concern, include the specific page or asset and evidence supporting the request. We will investigate relevant reports and correct verified issues. We do not promise an immediate response or a fixed resolution time.
