How NookLark uses account, game, payment and optional analytics data.

Service and contact
NookLark provides browser games and paid access. Contact game@nooklark.com for privacy questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests. We verify account ownership before handling account-specific requests.
Account and game data
Google sign-in provides a verified account identifier, email, display name and profile picture. We store these to create your account, manage permissions and associate purchases and scores. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Scores you submit can appear publicly with your display name and picture; do not use a name you do not want displayed. Some games store settings, progress or scores locally in your browser.
Payments
PayPal processes checkout. NookLark stores order and subscription identifiers, plan snapshots, payment status and membership expiry to deliver access and resolve payment issues. Our checkout does not collect your card number or banking password. PayPal processes payment information under its own policies.
Optional analytics and technical data
Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow optional analytics. We send page paths and events such as game selections, interactions and checkout starts; we do not intentionally attach your Google email, name or account ID to those events. Google and hosting providers may receive IP addresses and device or request information when providing their services. Analytics consent is separate from Google sign-in. You can change your analytics choice on the Cookie settings page.
Purposes and service providers
We use account and billing data to provide the service you request and maintain transaction records; security and support processing protects the service and resolves requests. Optional analytics is based on your choice. Services involved include Google for sign-in and analytics, PayPal for payments, DigitalOcean for hosting, and Cloudflare for DNS and email forwarding. Requests and data may be processed outside your country, subject to those providers’ arrangements and applicable requirements.
Retention and your choices
Account, score and billing records are retained while needed to operate your account, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Browser game data remains until the game or your browser clears it. You can request access, correction or deletion by email; some transaction records may need to be retained even after account deletion. Where applicable, you may object, request restriction or portability, withdraw analytics consent and contact your data protection authority. Consent withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Children and updates
The paid service is not directed to children under 13. A minor must have any consent or supervision required in their country and must not make purchases without the necessary authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided account data without appropriate authorization. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in its updated date.
