NookLarkSubscriptions and refunds
How passes renew, how to cancel and how to request payment assistance.

Before paying
Check the live membership page for the current USD price and duration. Fixed 7-day and 30-day passes do not renew; the monthly subscription renews by calendar month. PayPal checkout presents the agreement before approval. Do not purchase a second recurring subscription for the same account.
Cancel future renewal
Sign in with the purchasing Google account, open Membership and use Cancel subscription, or manage the automatic payment in PayPal. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Already paid access lasts until its recorded expiry. A cancellation is not a refund request.
Request a refund or fix
Email game@nooklark.com with your purchasing account, PayPal transaction or platform order reference, payment date and a description of the issue. Examples include duplicate charges, payment without access and a material technical fault. We review the transaction and remedy the issue or handle a refund as appropriate; refunds are not issued automatically by the website. Never email a password or full card number.
Applicable rights
Statutory withdrawal, refund and digital-service remedies apply where required. We do not publish an unconditional no-refunds rule or assume that playing automatically waives a statutory right. PayPal’s applicable dispute procedures are separate from contacting NookLark. Refund timing also depends on PayPal and the original payment method.
